Customer Services Representative

My client is an independently-owned company that is part of a national network, the largest 100% NZ-owned business to business supplier of office products. Due to their continued strong growth, they are now seeking a mature, proactive person to fill a crucial and busy customer services role.
This is a key role and duties will include handling incoming customer enquiries, providing support to the Account Managers, loading customer orders, ordering products and the preparation of quotes.
To be successful you will need:
- An excellent telephone manner and command of the English language
- Excellent attention to detail
- Superior computer skills
- An enthusiastic, “roll up your sleeves” mindset prepared to support other roles in the business
